The Website is a lead-generation and comparison platform designed to collect financial and personal information from users in order to:

• Refer users to licensed broker affiliates in Greece

We do not directly provide loans, mortgages, or financial advice unless otherwise stated.

You confirm that:

• You are legally capable of entering into binding agreements

By submitting your information through the Website, you:

• Consent to sharing relevant information with our broker affiliates

In addition to our free comparison and referral service, we offer optional paid concierge services to help you navigate the Greek property-buying process. These currently include the Discovery Session, the Purchase-Ready package, and the Complete Purchase Management.

Pricing and payment

The price of each service (inclusive of VAT where applicable) is displayed before purchase. Payments are one-off and processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your card details.

Nature of the services

Our concierge services are administrative, educational, and organisational in nature — for example explaining the process, helping you prepare documentation, and coordinating bookings. They do not constitute regulated mortgage, financial, legal, or tax advice, and do not guarantee mortgage approval or any particular outcome. Regulated advice and any formal mortgage application are provided solely by independent licensed broker partners.

Booking and delivery

Where a service includes a consultation, you will be able to schedule it through our booking system after purchase. Sessions are delivered by video or phone.

Cancellation and refunds

You may request to reschedule a booked session by giving us reasonable notice. As a consumer you may have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days of purchase; however, by booking and attending a session you expressly request that the service begins during this period, in which case the right of withdrawal may no longer apply to services already performed. To request a cancellation or refund, contact info@greekhomeloans.com. Refunds, where due, are issued to the original payment method. We reserve the right to reschedule or refund a session we are unable to provide.

All Website content, branding, text, graphics, software, and designs remain the property of GreekHomeLoans unless otherwise stated. Unauthorised copying or use is prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

• Financial losses
• Incorrect comparisons
• Third-party actions
• Technical interruptions
• Delays or inaccuracies
