Where you request assistance in obtaining finance, we may introduce you to one of our carefully selected mortgage brokerage partners who are authorised to assess your circumstances and, where appropriate, submit a mortgage application on your behalf.

GreekHomeLoans works with selected mortgage brokerage partners to assist customers with obtaining home finance.

Our current mortgage broker partners include:

• FinThesis Financing Solution Creators S.A.
• IMS-FC – Individual Mortgage Solutions (Financial Consulting)

Additional partners may be added from time to time. This page will always contain the current list of our mortgage broker partners.

Where you request that GreekHomeLoans introduce you to one of our mortgage brokerage partners, you authorise us to disclose personal information reasonably necessary for the assessment and processing of your enquiry.

Depending on your circumstances, this may include:

• your name;
• contact details;
• tax identification details;
• residency information;
• fact-find responses;
• financial information;
• supporting documentation; and
• any additional information you provide in connection with your finance enquiry.

Your information will only be shared for the purpose of assessing your eligibility for finance and providing mortgage intermediation services.

Where your enquiry is referred to a mortgage brokerage partner, that partner may contact you directly to:

• discuss your finance requirements;
• obtain additional information or documentation;
• assist you with preparing and submitting a mortgage application, where appropriate.

Referral of your enquiry does not guarantee that a mortgage application will be submitted or approved.

Where you have authorised GreekHomeLoans to coordinate your enquiry, you also authorise the selected mortgage brokerage partner to provide GreekHomeLoans with updates regarding your application.

These updates may include:

• confirmation that an application has been submitted;
• the current stage or status of your application;
• whether your application has been approved or declined;
• the approved loan amount (where applicable);
• confirmation that loan documentation has been executed; and
• confirmation of loan settlement or disbursement.

These updates are provided solely so that GreekHomeLoans can:

• coordinate your finance enquiry;
• provide ongoing buyer support and concierge services;
• respond to your enquiries regarding your application; and
• assist you throughout your property purchase journey.

GreekHomeLoans does not make lending decisions and does not influence the credit assessment undertaken by the mortgage brokerage partner or the lender.

GreekHomeLoans and each mortgage brokerage partner are independently responsible for the personal information they collect and process.

Once your information has been referred to a mortgage brokerage partner, that organisation will process your personal information in accordance with its own Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.

Where your enquiry is referred to FinThesis Financing Solution Creators S.A., your personal information will be processed in accordance with the FinThesis Privacy Policy and GDPR Information Notice.

Where your enquiry is referred to IMS-FC – Individual Mortgage Solutions (Financial Consulting), your personal information will be processed in accordance with the IMS-FC Privacy Policy and GDPR Information Notice.

By consenting through the GreekHomeLoans fact-find, you acknowledge and agree that:

• GreekHomeLoans may share your personal information with your selected mortgage brokerage partner for the purpose of assessing your finance enquiry;
• the selected mortgage brokerage partner may contact you regarding your enquiry;
• the selected mortgage brokerage partner may provide GreekHomeLoans with updates regarding the progress of your application as described above; and
• you understand how your personal information will be collected, used and disclosed in connection with your finance enquiry.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting GreekHomeLoans. Withdrawal of consent will not affect any processing lawfully undertaken before your consent was withdrawn.
